Susan Johnston, Advisory Board

With over 20 years in senior management, and 10 years as a company director, Susan has a track record for guiding organisations through change. As a Board Chair, Company Director, CEO, and Executive Director, Susan has led both private and public sector entities through periods of growth, diversification, and significant commercial and policy challenges. Susan has experience in the resources, energy, construction and health sectors. Her proven safety improvement, external engagement and general management credentials are a valuable addition to the Kennelly Constructions Advisory board. Susan has degrees in Law, and Arts, has been admitted as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anne Terry – Advisory Board

For over 15 years Anne has held senior executive positions with some of the biggest infrastructure delivery agencies and contractors. Anne’s involvement with these complex construction and civil infrastructure projects has been across a broad range of sectors from an advisory, government and contractor perspective and during all phases of delivery from planning, delivery, operation and handback to government. Anne’s passion, for the successful delivery of projects, achieving the right delivery models to drive social and economic outcomes for all stakeholders and developing knowledge on construction related topics across the industry, will be an asset to the board.

Pat Anderson, AO – Advisory Board

Ms Pat Anderson is an Alyawarre woman known nationally and internationally as a powerful advocate for disadvantaged people, with a particular focus on the health of Australia’s First Peoples. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Aboriginal health, including community development, advocacy, policy formation and research ethics. In 2007 she was awarded the Public Health Association of Australia’s Sidney Sax Public Health Medal in recognition of her achievements and, in 2012, she was awarded the Human Rights Community Individual Award (Tony Fitzgerald Memorial Award). In June 2014, Ms Anderson was appointed Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to the Indigenous community as a social justice advocate, particularly through promoting improved health, educational and protection outcomes for children.
