Project Overview

Constructed the following:

• Bulk earthworks
• Road pavements
• Kerbing
• Sub-soil drainage
• Stormwater
• Bio retention basin
• Sediment basin
• Landscape works.

Challenges

• Constructed all the infrastructure within the scope of the contract while coordinating with multiple subcontract trades to ensure that reaching milestones of the project programme were achieved.
• Satisfied all stakeholders of the project when challenges arose regarding environmental sediment and dust control caused by continual adverse weather conditions.
• Addressed the challenges in a proactive planned methodical way enabled productivity to be maintained.

Successes

• No lost time injuries
• Achieved EMP Hydraulic constraints during construction in an active stormwater system
• Achieved all detailed elements of a complex design in consultation with designers and all stakeholders throughout the project
